The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

What a great experience I have had so far with iD Mobile from start of order to getting up and running was easier than I thought I ordered my phone on a date that suited and my number to transfer giving enough time for all to be ready and brilliant received my phone switched it on transfered all from my old phone then received a text to say my number has transfered over and I was ready to go what more could you ask for. Now as with all networks as I travel around a lot I have noticed similar poor signal areas as my previous network so no big issue there I'm used to it. But I my own house area I am receiving quicker data than my wired Internet to my house the 5g is fast I suppose I should as the mast is 100yrd away but wow really quick and with ordering a mobile that can handle the speed is great. No complaints at all

Since I have been with ID Mobile I haven't had any major issues with the company and when I did it was sorted out easily.

Wouldnβt bother at all!! My partner Went to the beach for the day and was charged Β£10 for roaming fees as they thought I had left the country or travelled on a boat!! Tried to contact ID Mobile on the live chat and she was giving a load of copy and paste about travelling, after explaining she never left the shore and never even went in the sea, she then got ignored and not received any sort of response. Joke of a network provider and appalling customer service!

Im with id mobile no problems, my son joined transferred his number over and has no service, i tried the live chat (because ID mobile are too cheap to get phone lines) and no one can help him because he isnβt registered HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO GET HELP

Coverage is usually very consistent wherever I am and problems are dealt with easily. I havent had any issues since sugning up with iD mobile.
