Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

It's the first time I've spoken to Home Telecom since they started working with Gigabit Networks, and I can tell you their service is massively better! I spoke to Sarah on the phone, and she was very helpful in identifying my issues. I'm very glad they're handling their support from now on

Tried cancelling this for a week. Their website is atrocious, their live chat takes 20 mins before someone answers, then they want you to call in to cancel, but they don't answer the phone ... tell you that you HAVE to call because the promotions department want to offer you some deal that you don't want. Have just cancelled the direct debit. I paid premium prices for premium service ... turns out that it's not a premium service.

After what has been a stressful week of my Internet not working I spoke to Richard and within minutes he had spotted the issue and had it all working , The guy deserves a pay rise and not an extra bone for his dog

Friendly helpful staff. Was previously a customer went elsewhere and come back due to a better service by home telecom although prices a little higher.
