It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

I got a call from Jordan to help me set up my broadband and other utilities for the flat that I will be moving into. Although I had set up my other utilities, he helped me find the best broadband package. He also helped me to receive a Sky package for half price which has helped me to save money on streaming services. He was excellent to talk to, very friendly and made the process simple. Thank you for all your help :)

Home telecom took over the service from Cuckoo and have proved to be a good supplier of broadband. On the one occasion I had a drop in speed they quickly sorted it out. I am now leaving them as I’m moving out of my apartment. I contacted them via their live chat and George promptly in addressed my issue.

DON'T DO IT! I've been stuck with them for another 1.5 years and it's killing me… First of all, the payment system is a joke. I've set up direct debit three times, and each time it failed. I called them up three times to fix it, and eventually one of the representatives told me, "Oh, it does that sometimes, we don’t know why hehe... Please just set up scheduled payments instead of direct debit." So I did. She sent me the bank details and instructions. A month later, I got a voicemail saying something like: "Hey, it’s XXX from Home Telecom, you have an outstanding balance of £44. The invoice is dated the 28th over the weekend, and it’s now Monday, so please call us back to pay it." Bear in mind—I have a regular payment set to go out on the 28th of every month. I logged into my account and… surprise—I don’t owe anything! The website feels like it hasn’t been updated since 2005. It's one of the worst interfaces I’ve ever used. No phone app either. GUYS—if I could go back in time, I would NEVER sign up with them. It’s a constant hassle. I just want working internet that I don’t have to think about. But with them, something is always wrong. They’re always chasing, emailing, calling… It's exhausting. Totally not worth it.

Eclipse are always helpful, all people I spoke to were easily understood, very professional at their job, and patient with slow users like myself. Laura and Matt were nice to speak with, and terrific help in all matters.
