Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

I had an installation on the 2nd of December. However, the broadband hasn’t worked. I’ve asked to cancel and now being charged an eye watering £316 because they claim I am past the 14 days cooling off period. A cowboy outfit that robs you blind for a lousy service

Had a phone call with Kebbis earlier today to help me set up my gas and broadband ect… he was lovely and supper helpful, this is my first time setting these services up and he was more than helpful and very patient with me, thanks again!

Dave was very fun, he went through everything and explained it well, making what I thought would've been complicated quite easy and simple for a first-time renter. Very charismatic, he had a personality, felt like someone who enjoyed their job not someone who's just there to get money.
