Pretty dogshit tbh

It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.

Great service

Jordan was great! Made the process of settling up bills super easy and not stressful. I stress very easily and I was super relaxed the whole phone call. Everything was sorted quickly and professionally. All in all, great service, thanks.

Ive been with this company a few years…

Ive been with this company a few years and been more than happy. so much so i decided to renew my contract but with a new router. Arrived prompty but when plugging in i couldnt get a connection. I rang them twice and was given different instructions on how to solve problem. Alas, still no luck. Third time i got to speak to a really helpful lady called sarah who more than knew her stuff. Within 10mins i was up n running. More than happy with service and how i was dealt with thanks to sarah... go girl, yr a star!!!!!

The best customer service I have ever received

Easily the best customer service I have received in years bar none. Set up a wifi connection to a rental property I am moving into on the phone in 15 minutes- polite, professional service, no unnecessary steps, good advice on speed/requirements based on personal needs, fast service, wasn't upsold an expensive option, clear and simple instructions and next steps. Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar service.
