DON'T DO IT! I've been stuck with them for another 1.5 years and it's killing me… First of all, the payment system is a joke. I've set up direct debit three times, and each time it failed. I called them up three times to fix it, and eventually one of the representatives told me, "Oh, it does that sometimes, we don’t know why hehe... Please just set up scheduled payments instead of direct debit." So I did. She sent me the bank details and instructions. A month later, I got a voicemail saying something like: "Hey, it’s XXX from Home Telecom, you have an outstanding balance of £44. The invoice is dated the 28th over the weekend, and it’s now Monday, so please call us back to pay it." Bear in mind—I have a regular payment set to go out on the 28th of every month. I logged into my account and… surprise—I don’t owe anything! The website feels like it hasn’t been updated since 2005. It's one of the worst interfaces I’ve ever used. No phone app either. GUYS—if I could go back in time, I would NEVER sign up with them. It’s a constant hassle. I just want working internet that I don’t have to think about. But with them, something is always wrong. They’re always chasing, emailing, calling… It's exhausting. Totally not worth it.
