It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

**Review of Home Telecom: A Frustrating Experience** My transition from Gigabyte to Home Telecom has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I was optimistic about the takeover, but that optimism quickly turned to frustration due to poor service and communication. From the onset, I found myself being harassed over an outstanding payment that I did not owe. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, each time I contacted Home Telecom, I was met with confusion and a lack of support. I was assured that I would no longer receive emails regarding this supposed debt, especially after being informed that they had inherited existing customer account issues from Gigabyte. Yet, the bombardment of emails demanding payment continued, culminating in threats of legal action. The lack of understanding and empathy from their customer service team has been infuriating. It's shocking to think that a company can treat its customers this way, especially after I've already endured weeks without internet service before switching providers. I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am with Home Telecom. If you're considering making the switch to this company, I strongly advise you to think twice and explore other options. The poor customer service and unresolved issues have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Where the hell are all these positive reviews coming from?! Everywhere else on the internet these guys are sub 2 stars. I encourage ANYONE thinking about buying something from these guys to look up their google reviews. They are utterly awful. I signed up for 'No One' FTTP broadband a year and a half ago and customer support was great until these bunch of fraudsters took over. Called up as I'm moving house mid contract. The 'No One' website states I can get the exact same deal at the new address. Home Telecom insists that this package is not available. I can only get a worse speed at a higher price, and I have to sign a new 12/24 month contract, or pay a £210 cancellation fee. These lot are extortionists. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Wouldn't have given one star but you have to in order to write review. £150 to cancel because they fail to send out your router out on time, and each time you ask why it's a different made up story. They're prepared to give me a month free but charge me fully to leave because I am utterly disappointed, frustrated and dreading what the future shambles of a service is going to be like...tells you something is wrong doesn't it if they're prepared to waver a month's charge, like admitted they're in the wrong? Hmm Email I sent after returning home this evening from work; FAO Billy operations manager (or some title like that) We had a phone call this afternoon at 3 ish 9/5/25 regarding me trying to cancel with your poor company, told again i couldn't regardless of the false info, promises and latest assurance (from you personally today) that the infamous ''''ROUTER"" had been delivered to my home address today, even though I informed you I just knew it wouldn't be, and guess what Bill.... Ta da!!! It's not here at my home!!!!! I've looked everywhere just incase they broke in and hid it somewhere just for fun? But nope, the only people playing games are the godawful Home Telecom, I despair of having anything to do with you let alone inform you that yet again you are wrong, but you just won't let me go..unless for price of £150 you rip off merchants. I will call again on Monday to see what story you're going to tell me then as it changes each time I call. Frustrated and disappointed in Liverpool.. Elaine Brown
Update on previous review. I am now on day 16 without the ability to connect to any meaningful sites, work laptops, banking, PlayStation etc. A new router has been sent 2nd class and it took a week to get to me , that’s how much they care. New router plugged in and nothing , no internet no streaming which we partially had for some reason. Live chat checked id set it up right , yes I had so another call raised seriously now it’s the weekend. So will be day 19 before they come back to me, I have not had 1 mail or call in all that time, I have had to instigate every contact with them. Even had to tell them about the escalation to a team leader promised in their reply to last review. Honestly dreadful service, you have to wait 30 days before they waive any leaving fees that tells you something 30 days!!

I was having problems receiving my emails on my Mac Air laptop although they were coming to my mobile phone. Panna took endless trouble and time to sort this out. She was extremely clear with her instructions and endlessly patient with an elderly digitally uncertain person. Many thanks

Today, I was helped by Ryan to setup a new contract at my new address, as a continuing customer at Home Telecom he found the best deal to suit my Broadband options. He was very polite and informative because he answered all my enquiries.
