Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

The caller (Sam) was polite , helpful & not pushy. I was very reluctant to give details regarding address, email, my monthly payment, which is the company policy before proceeding to why they are calling. In these days of scams, it makes you nervous to give these. I understand they need to ensure they are speaking to correct person but it made me very guarded

So this is the 6th review I have left with no contact from home telecom no resolve ! STEELING my money every month ! With no WiFi ! I HAVE CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEBIT NOW . Because I have been paying for a service which I havenβt been receiving and nothing!!!! I will be taking you to court if there is no contact to resolve this of theft! After over 12 years of my loyal service disgraceful adding to your response this is an absolute lie ! And not one person has called me in response to any complaint ! I have emails to prove this. So thatβs an absolute lie

I spoke with Maria who was very knowledgeable but also very easy going and no matter what happened, she reassured me that it was ok and that there was a solution. She walked me through everything she was doing and everything she did. Really good, friendly manner, great customer service. 5 star experience
