Good communication
It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

Waited 10 days for my home phone to be connected only to be told they had not placed the order now I have to wait another 10 days to get my phone connected . What a shambles

Panna was patient enough to hear me out. Took her time to for the roater to reboot and ensure that everything was working well before she allow me drop call. She didnt say that I should call back. That really gave me happiness.

My wife died recently, and I contacted Home Telecom to transfer DD payments to my bank account. I was assured this had been done, but a couple of weeks later HT cut off our broadband without warning because my wife's bank had notified them she had died! I was on the phone to HT for over an hour, speaking to a number of different departments and being cut off once. I was finally assured that the switch had been made, and that our broadband would be restored by midnight. It was not! Phoned again the following day and spoke to a number of people, finally finding somebody who was able to restore our connection there and then. Not the greatest customer service experience at a particularly difficult time. However, some of those we spoke to were extremely helpful and apologetic.
