It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

I spoke to member of your team, Panna, she was an absolute joy. My reason is because I am not confident in this world of technology, I always feel stupid as I donβt understand all the terms and all technical parts .Panna put me at ease and spoke simply so I was able to understand, Thank you Panna.

The lady I spoke to was polite & really helpful, also apologised for the guy who didnβt do what he had said he would do. Always helpful just open reach not doing a proper repair
