Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Arrived very quickly

Arrived very quickly. Address label with barcode on was put on ths bottom of the dehumidifier so it had been turned upside down. It states in the instructions not to do this. The delivery man had to tip it over to scan it also. Hope this does not affect it working properly. Otherwise pleased so far but not used it yet.

Order process is easy and notification of purchase good. Delivery time was pretty good with dispatch notification appearing after 1working day. Reason for 4rather than 5 star rating was lack of confirmation for delivery until morning it occurred.

Have had the Ometa dual air fryer about…

Have had the Ometa dual air fryer about a month and a half and have noticed that the plastic trim that is just about the drawers is cracking in several different places, doesn't cook evenly either, tried a full chicken in the big drawer and was cooked black on top and nearly raw underneath. Disappointed-Edited, Homedetail provided great customer service and also picked up the defective one and delivery new one, time will tell how that goes but can not fault how quick Homedetail was to act. Edited again.. A couple of months down the line and the air fryer has cracked again, not Home details fault, feel like the plastic trim around the air fryer doesn't like heat, despite being on an air fryer. Shame

This review is not all based off my…

This review is not all based off my experience with home detail, but also with its chosen couriers AarowXL. Home detail rung & emailed me to confirm a delivery slot on Friday for delivery on the following Monday morning. All went well, confirmed I would be home. Monday comes, no bunkbeds are coming today, somehow half my bunkbeds ended up in one depot & the other half in another! (Baring in mind these halves have been in separate depots since the 19th!!) Home detail said “all we can do is apologise” I understand this may be out of there control but as a paying customer I think they should be on the case to the courier to rectify this matter asap. It is now Tuesday evening and I’ve not had any updates as to when my children will receive their bunkbeds!! Extremely frustrating & disappointing, I wont be ordering from here agin!
