Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

Hello I bought a check recliner chair…

Hello I bought a check recliner chair for my husband from all his children to found out it was so badly made you can feel all the wood on the inside of the arms he's sat in it a few times and the cushion has gone flat sorry having to write a bad we are very disappointed in the chair so just be aware when purchasing the tartan recliner chair £199

Great company to deal with, highly reccomended!

On Monday 22/1/24 I called the company to purchase a Blair Electric Recliner Lift And Tilt Riser Armchair Air Leather, Brown. The operator was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, after completing the transaction she advised me that I would receive an email with details of the delivery. Within minutes the email arrived and was pleasantly surprised that the chair would have been delivered today, Thursday 25/1/24. On Tuesday I received a text saying that the delivery would happen between 06:30 and 08:30, which gave me plenty of time to get ready. Such an early time is not an issue, as I generally I am up and about at 6am; but the most surprising thing is that this morning the delivery van was already outside at 06:15. The two gentlemen effecting the delivery were quick, organised and very efficient, well on their way at half past six. This has to be one of the best companies I had the pleasure to deal with, besides the excellent value for money and the speed of dispatching the required item. I don't have enough words to praise them and thank them for a seamless, hassle free experience.
