Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Ordered item and told a delivery date. Waited in all day and the delivery never came. Contacted Home Detail for an explanation but haven’t heard from them after 4 days.
The Mayfair sofa itself looked great but unfortunately it didn't last very long. We received the delivery and put the sofa together the same day, it was very easy to put together but did have movement like other reviews mentioned, we figured that would be easily fixed so we're happy with it however less than a week later one of the seat buttons had snapped and pulled up. I tried to get in touch with the company via email and chat through their website but received no response, I ended up finding a phone number where the colleague was very helpful, tried to offer a replacement seat cushion which I declined and asked for a full refund. The colleague arranged collection very quickly, only two days after my call. I was told I would receive the full refund within 5 days of the sofa collection however I have yet to receive any confirmation that the sofa has arrived or about the refund. I know the item has arrived as the delivery company has tracking available. I've emailed and have also raised an issue with PayPal as I am unable to call, the company has yet to respond to either form of contact so I thought I would leave a review to see if I can any response.
