Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didnβt receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which Iβve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working peopleβs lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Excellent service, fast delivery but very very poor quality after one week you feel like those sofa's been used for years very uncomfortable i don't recommend them at all
The experience of purchasing items on line is a package of updates from the company and also the delivery service.
Ordering was straight forward but the delivery company they use is utterly shocking !
I paid for a speedy delivery which seemed to be going well as i received an email to confirm delivery on 31st between 8am and 6pm so waited in all day but no it did not arrive, I had to contact the company by message and phone call and they said they would sort it out, which they did, I then received another email from the delivery company identical to my confirmation delivery email saying it would be delivered on 31st which now was 2 days after the 31st ! It arrived 2 days after this date !
The delivery is called Shift use to be Tuffnells personally i would add a y on the end of that name and if this company wants good reviews they need to change there courier !
Just took delivery of our 2nd order same as first delivery exellent service and same 2 drivers highly recommend Home Detail communication all the way through and very good prices
Great chair, exactly what I wanted and speedy delivery. Had a problem with the springs in the base unit, they were on it straight away and sent a replacement.
Would recommend and use again.
