Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I
Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!
First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Absolute nightmare to return a very large item that was of very poor quality for the price. This company is used by the range and I have had over 30 emails via the range to homedetail trying to resolve this issue. To be told I have to repackage a sofa before they’ll return it an I also have to pay a fee to return the item. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I was not able bodied or an elderly person I would not be able to repack a sofa it’s unjustifiably to expect that of a customer that’s been waiting nearly a month to get rid of the sofa.!!
Excellent chesterfield style sofa grey velvet 3 seater very strong and reasonably priced To say I had only seen a picture of it I was highly delighted when it arrived. The 2 men who delivered it were very polite and helpful But you will need 2 PEOPLE TO FIX IT TOGETHER very happy customer thankyou
I bought a sofa of this company and I wish I didn't. Didn't even last a whole year. lasted 7 to 8 months if that. This company wouldn't even refund me and said I could only have a replacement. Well that's rubbish as well as when you sit on it and makes a very loud clonking sound. I showed them a video on their WhatsApp page which they can't even be bothered to look at. Please don't buy of this cow boy company and believe their paid positive reviews as in fake reviews. Please look at the real negatives reviews. £594 lost by this lot. Absolute scammers. Please please avoid at all cost.
Good communication with Holly and the delivery company throughout the process - both kept us updated and our sofa-bed was delivered in the allocated time slot. The sofa bed is lovely - great quality and very stylish. Top marks from us! Happy to recommend to friends and family. 😊
Website is impressive and easy to navigate. My purchase was straightforward and I had a courtesy call about the delivery.
I am thrilled with the sofa which is very well made, very comfortable and colour is perfect. The delivery men carried it up one flight of stairs and put it in the room of my choice, no hassle, both were polite and friendly.
