Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I
Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!
First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
One chair great the other has a large gap between chair seat and the back. After several emails and a replacement back which also didn't fit correctly I have been offered £40 for me to try and get it repaired locally. This is not satisfactory after spending nearly £700
Brilliant! Unfortunately the delivery company switched lables and delivered the wrong package, Homedetail sorted it out efficiently and sent a new item quickly. Item as described, and fab value for money
Ordered an item from here, it arrived scratched and looked like it had been used.
Not a company I'd recommend or use again.
I'm sure once they've asked for my order number they will state its not recognised like they have done on other reviews here.
Looks good but built quality isn’t good at all.
The legs aren’t solid enough too flimsy and just slide around on hard flooring.
The cushions and the seat filling doesn’t feel very good quality either.
The sofa arrived quickly, is very comfortable and looks great. Had a small issue with the sofa, but customer services were on the case right away and resolved the problem super quickly. They were always polite, fast and professional. Could not be happier with the purchased sofa and the service we received. Highly recommend, and we will certainly be coming back!!
Great Service..🫡 Ordered on a Monday sofa was delivered on Thursday morning. Sofa came in Box all complete no damage. Easy to assemble cant fault quality have held out on reviewing straight away as was waiting to see reliabilty of it. Can confirm it has held up strong and cushions have maintained there structure not gone all saggy with use. Quality of fabric is top quality as show in images and video. Thank you for a reliable quality product and service. Overal 5🌟's
