Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didn’t receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which I’ve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.

Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working people’s lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I Would have avoided this company at all costs. I’m about to request my refund - watch this space!

Almost lost my cool...

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to. I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black. After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes. Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped. As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.

I would never buy from this company…

I would never buy from this company again because they scammed me . I ordered a sofa but I had to cancel the order because on inconvenient delivery slot .Emailed the company, they didn't reply, didn't cancel just on the day of delivery and changed me 46Β£ for cancelled order. Very bad customer service

Very Poor Quality

I struggle to award 1 star. Avoid this company. In July 2024 I bought a recliner chair from them. Less than 8 weeks later the seat cushion became very lumpy & misshaped so complained on 27/09/2024. On 01/10/2024 I was offered either Β£30 refund or a replacement base. I chose the replacement base delivered on 17/10/2024. Four months later even worse issues developed on the replacement, seat cushion lumpy & flat, recliner spring underneath not fitted correctly & catches on the fabric tearing it, plastic tubing protruding through the fabric, the list is endless. On 14/02/2025 I complained again & requested a full refund. I was told as I'd had the item over 6 months (incorrect, replacement for 4months) a refund could not be issued and replacement base is not classed as a new product so no refund either. I was then offered if I keep the chair a further refund of Β£35, or I could request replacement parts & they would see if the warehouse had them to send to me!! I gave up at this point & agreed to Β£35 refund. I'm a 56yr old lady, live alone on benefits & in ill health, all explained to them. So how they expected me to fit any replacement parts is beyond my comprehension. I am now stuck with a chair that is useless, uncomfortable, extremely poor quality & clearly not fit for purpose. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Looks beautiful but feels cheap & flimsy!

The sofa I ordered looks beautiful but it doesn't fit together properly, and is very light & cheap feeling, despite the price paid...I am not sure it'll survive the first person sleeping on it... The saving grace is that the delivery guys were brilliant!
