Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.

Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.
I visited the ashington branch. The store was airy and clean . After I selected my goods off I went to the checkout. There were a couple of ladies in front of me and they were greeted with a hello by the checkout lady called jenna. .she was friendly and polite to them and even said thank you. Then it came to my turn what a jekyll and Hyde. I got no greeting I was giving no eye contact I got no please or thank you she was only interested in getting another member of staff on the tills so was talking to her colleague while zapping my products? 2 star service and that's being generous
I visit Home Bargains earlier this afternoon in Albany Road Cardiff, 1 of your staff name Luke ( he maybe a supervisor ) wearing red shirt walked in front of me when me and my son was looking at the shelf to see what drinks to buy, what he could have done is walked behind us and he did not even say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' for doing that, I found that is kind of 'rude' attitude towards customers. You know I work in retail myself so that kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
No school cakes or giant monster munch. Absolutely raging. Not acceptable. This place is terrible.

Cherry Tree Road Blackpool Visited yesterday There were 3 items I went in for and none on the shelves Huge queues at the tills with 3 staff on.....Theres no way I am waiting with just a basket.....no concern to put another till on. Not waiting in that Poundland instead with no waiting Get your act together

i would not even give them 1 star but no choice they send used and damaged items out that have been returned before instead of getting rid of them and when its damaged and not working they expect you to struggle with large items back to a store over an hours walk or pay yourself to have it returned when its damaged so why should a customer pay again to have a damaged item returned..hate home bargains cheap and nasty they have gone

I was go there and it’s a really very bad staff not a friendly and it’s really very a bad things for the customers. I didn’t buy any thing and all the staff has a really very bad behaviours not good customer service and it’s real abusing people work here . I really felling shame and I really realise it’s my big mistake to go home bargin for the shopping and I really adobe the people to know about the truth of home bargin staff .

I went to Bodmin store the other day I struggled to lift compost so the gentleman in the gardening department helped me put compost in the trolley and also helped me to the car. What great service so helpful and friendly

Haverfordwest store, was served by ‘Leon W’ whose attitude towards me was disgusting. Will not return to this store due to this experience and have been told by a few other loyal customers of HB, that he’s also been rude to them. Please sort this out before losing more customers.

Found these by accident, as I was looking for some chocolate for a £1 or under. Chocolate is very expensive these days. I had almost given up, when I saw these down on the lower shelf. These are sold as misshapes, with the words "slightly imperfect but just as tasty" on the packet. Retailed at 85p for a medium sized packet. The taste was quite good. Who cares if the looks are not right, its the taste that we are after....🥰

Kicked 4 young females out of the toy aisle for testing out the merchandise. They were just making sure now silly children had broken the equipment which they were going to buy and decided to use send a big buff women to see if they were being silly (which they were not) and then used the speaker to say and I quote “get out of the toy aisle now” there was no please or thank you said ether. Personally I believe that they should not have been asked to leave

Chas / Chaz , Store Supervisor at Leven was super helpful and understanding yesterday . He was so pleasant to deal with ( as the other staff are too ) with my issue . A great bonus to the store . I suffer from social anxiety when out in shops . He made my experience , so much easier .

Even b4 I went into the Kurjsrall Bridge store in Leeds, I was very impressed by 1 of the staff. I 2day, I was struggling 2 get my £1 coin in the trolley. One of the staff rushed out of the shop 2 try & help. After trying fir a few minutes he couldn't get a coin in ßo used a pass key 2 get me an alternativem trolley. I've always found the staff at this store so pleasant & helpful. Weather I've had return an item or some other matter, and I can't imagine any other store staff actually coming from inside a shop rush & help someone to help as Conner did today! Hone Bargains must choose their staff carefully, & then train them well. If I'm unable 2 find an item, the staff member I've asked has taken the trouble to take me to the item, they genuinely seem pleased to help customers.. So thanks to all especially to Conner & a word of thanks to the excellent manager who is efficient, conscientious & polite The products are very reasonably priced, many bargains, & new products coming in throughout each week..Thanks to everyone at Home Bargains.
