I was in Greggs shop in Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh and was served by a man called Ryan What a great guy he was so polite and friendly and most helpful to my wife and myself nothing was a problem for him and very tasty food also he is a great asset for Greggs We will be back and hopefully Ryan will be working Thanks Ryan and Greggs

I would just like to say thank you to all the staff at your fort kinnaird shop Edinburgh my wife and I go regularly it’s amazing the coffee the ice cream all the products are yummy the shop is lovely and clean and we sit in it’s amazing thank you to Ali Nikki Rebecca Katy Julie Cooper Aislinn Lucy and Tiaina we think they are great assets for Hotel Chocolate always happy and very helpful so thank you all and Hotel Chocolate can you please pass on our thanks to them all Warm regards Johnnie and Gillian
