Bought some festoon lights for outside, they were installed correctly, however they only lasted 3 weeks.
I visited the ashington branch. The store was airy and clean . After I selected my goods off I went to the checkout. There were a couple of ladies in front of me and they were greeted with a hello by the checkout lady called jenna. .she was friendly and polite to them and even said thank you. Then it came to my turn what a jekyll and Hyde. I got no greeting I was giving no eye contact I got no please or thank you she was only interested in getting another member of staff on the tills so was talking to her colleague while zapping my products? 2 star service and that's being generous
I visit Home Bargains earlier this afternoon in Albany Road Cardiff, 1 of your staff name Luke ( he maybe a supervisor ) wearing red shirt walked in front of me when me and my son was looking at the shelf to see what drinks to buy, what he could have done is walked behind us and he did not even say 'sorry' or 'excuse me' for doing that, I found that is kind of 'rude' attitude towards customers. You know I work in retail myself so that kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
No school cakes or giant monster munch. Absolutely raging. Not acceptable. This place is terrible.

I had issues with some products so contacted customer support online. I had the same blanket response from someone called Rebecca, who carried on to ignore me and then apparently completed my request of making a complaint although it has been weeks and I haven’t had a response from that department. I found her rude and unhelpful.

The customer service from the shop personnel in the merrion centre in leeds is varied on the time of day and some may be muted or some are very polite and courteous depending on what's happening at the time would the customer care standards of some of the staff as poor but also outstanding, great and commendable but it is a great place to shop overall and home bargains have amazing prices on household products and they have a speedy reliable checkout system in operation there isn't a self serve checkout but it depends on the type of shopping experience I'd I love the standard of care towards me and other customers generally. and the staff deserve just as much respect as customers as I aim to maintain my level of respect and politeness when I there as I would expect to be given by the staff.

Who ever designed the checkouts may well be highly qualified in EPOS technology but spare a thought for the people who made you a billionaire, the customers. Why is the cash register display screen as far away from the customer as it could possibly be? It's over 2 MTRS distance from the bag packing area, 2 MTRS up in the air, behind a Perspex screen & displaying figures approximately 2cm high, not the ideal position, come on Tom get it sorted.
