I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I contacted Heart Internet support because I had mistakenly purchased an incorrect product. It was totally my mistake but Ralitza answered my chat request instantly, clearly understood my mistake, and rectified the issue without any fuss. She cancelled the product, refunded me, and helped me set up the correct product. This all took less than 10 minutes and I am back on track. Brilliant service as always.
3 Days my clients website has been down because Hearts' own systems cannot renew an SSL certificate. 3 days of Heart Internet fobbing me off 3 days of Heart Internet passing the buck 3 days of Heart Internet taking several hours to reply to each ticket update 3 days of Heart Internet asking me to find work arounds to their own systems because they DONT WORK This is how they treat someone who pays them several thousand pounds per year THEY DONT CARE All Heart want to do is have people who have family blogs or websites with no visitors as their customers because those type of customers dont notice when their website is down for days on end (which it will be) or for the several days a year it takes them to sort out something as simple as an SSL renewal. They claim Starfield is some separate entity as a pretext so Heart can blame the failure in the process on them but guess what Starfield (that manage the SSL's) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoDaddy, as is Heart. ****EDIT 15/2/2022 at 12:04***** Despite the claim from R.D at 9am that says "I'd like to look into this so I've sent you a direct message requesting more details" NO DIRECT MESSAGE WAS SENT I included the email address attached to my Heart Internet account when I put the review online. p.s. still not resolved and website down after 5 days

I have been their user for years, never any issues. Due to recent OS updates I started experiencing problems with outgoing email. Exasperated, I decided to call for help. My call got through within minutes and the tech lady walked me through the entire process of setting up a new connection, password protocols, checked server type and fixed my problem on the call within 20mins. NEVER BEFORE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH COOL AND KIND PROFESSIONALISM IN ANY TECH SITUATION BEFORE. Highly recommend.
I wanted an email address for my domain, wasn't sure where to go so contacted the chat line. Answered quickly and dealt with quickly as well. Very efficient many thanks now I have an email address. Great
