I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I cannot praise Stanislav and Heart enough for the help they have patiently given to me over the past week. I was threatened with having my family’s web site shut down if certain technical changes were not made. Heart assisted me to make the changes in accordance with the web site requirements. The changes to the web site created a snafu with the email forwarding but Stanislav put a great effort into quickly resolving the issue. I am 70 years and had no way to help myself and I am really grateful to the Heart technical staff for responding so professionally to my requests for assistance.
The most shocking customer services I have ever experienced, ever. We have a reseller account, and despite disabling multiple hosting packages, we have been billed over £1,000 in SSLs which we did not require and cannot be used. I requested heart internet disable our reseller account and stop all ssls. In turn they have locked me out of the system, left me unable to login to log a support ticket, and unable to deal with a request for a refund. Email support is non responsive to 3 emails, and telephone support say I have to login in order to log a ticket (which I phsyically cannot do). I would not recommend to anyone. [Appended after HeartInternet's reply] I note Heart Internet's reply but have not received a message from them. Situation remains unresolved]
Vasil and the rest of the Heart Internet customer service team are always quick to respond and very helpful.
I've used the support service on Heart a number of times either via tickets or chat and the service I've received has been absolutely top notch. Nothing is too much trouble and always friendly and helpful
