I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Iβve had some mixed responses with Heart Internet, if not urgent then it can takes a week or so to even get an acknowledgment, but if you have a major issue then they do respond reasonably quickly. Their spam filters are hopeless, despite reporting that it doesnβt work. My reason for my review is because of an excellent technician Andrew Welsby, such a refreshing change, he went over and beyond trying to fix a couple of issues I was having and if only all technicians reacted like him, then the techno world would be a far better less frustrating place! Thank-you Andrew

I run a small PHPBB forum which was exeperiencing down time due to DoS attacks. Jason from the support team at Heart was able to identify the problem and suggest an effective solution to protect my site from this sort of attack, even though it went beyond the remit of the HEART hosting services. He was able to walk me through the steps I needed to take to protect my site form this sort of vulnerability

I have been with Heart Internet for around 7 years and always find them very helpful and extremely reliable. I previously had 3 websites with them and have now merged them to one website which is very cost effective. I'm not very tech savvy so when I have an issue I raise a ticket and one of the tech support team help out. They are always very prompt and helpful and generally my issues are resolved within a day. Even when the fault is my own the are patient and guide me through it. Recently had to access something which had changed and a new team member called Jason was especially helpful in sorting out my issues. So, thank you to Jason and Heart for making it very easy.

I had an issue with my website loading slowly, and images not appearing very fast. I've been with Heart Internet for many years now, so decided to hop onto their Internal Support Ticket system and ask for help. Jason Clark responded very quickly to my concern, and he easily sorted my problem within minutes. Did a speed check on Google and shared the Page Speed Insights with me. An absolute Legend! He was polite, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We all need customer service like this. Many thanks Jason ;)

Absolute bag of rubbish. I have been left in the lurch for well over a month and have been unable to see or access my emails as they have done some sort of migration on their system without informing me - I did not receive any notification or heads up. There is no telephone or chat support and only way is to create a help ticket. The response back from them takes days to be received with little or no technical support/information to resolve the problem they have created for me. My situation should be a simple easy fix but they are of no help and I am loosing business.
