I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
Iβve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could βreduceβ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Almost left previously due to poor customer service but kept my account open and though I'd give them another try as my old company botched a migration and I needed to get things sorted quickly. I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of support and they are enthusiastic for their new start after the change of ownership last year so let's see how it goes. So far so good :)

Late afternoon I submitted a support ticket for help with the log in details for my cPanel hoting account - which I had not accessed for many months. Heart's customer service agent (Andrei) responded the following morning and provided the required details before 11am. I'm more than happy with the support provided on this occasion, and on other occasions in the past where I have had need to ask for support from the team.

Had various issues over the years as my technical knowledge is OK but not A1. Each time I've reached out to technical support there replies have been quick and have always managed to solve the issue without fuss. Would highly recommend if your thinking of becoming a reseller

I am now just retired but have used Heart Internet for many years to host my clients web applications. The service has always been exemplary and competitive. When problems have arisen they have responded quickly and often helped me out beyond the call of duty. I can highly recommend there hosting services.
