I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

Outstanding and attentive Customer service provided to me today. Simon answered my support ticket within 25 mins of me raising it with the title 'URGENT restore needed', Simon jumped on it and stuck with me throughout the issue and restored the site perfectly for me after I demolished it by mistake the day before. In the past HI's Customer service has left little to be desired and I felt like it wasn't worth contacting them, however today I desperately needed help and they did not dissapoint. My faith in HI's Customer service has been restored once again. Many years ago (14 Years ago) their Customer service was great, then it took a nose dive off a cliff for a long time, as a customer you didnt feel particularly valued, today that changed and i'm extremely greatful it has as Simon saved me hours if not days of additional work repairing the site. Please keep up the good work HI, it makes such a huge difference to the perception of your business AND your customers seriously appreciate it. Thanks again to Simon in particular.
1. 5+ years Heart Customer when you have a problem with platform/portal login you can't get hold of team, no phone number no live chat or email box. Need to have support/customer services available when Heart Login won't work 2. Had to contact someone via LinkedIn - who was able to help 3. Payment details on record but with renewal did not use them and so caused whole host of problems with business email down
Had to increase/upgrade the tech requirements for my internet provider. I was dreading it!! Managed to do a live chat and update the tech issues within less than 2 mins. It was painless - I'm impressed. The Live Chat Adviser was helpful, efficient and professional. And above all - they got it done!! Yay!!
Contacted Andrew as lost all my bank cards in the USA so payments were declined. He sorted out usdyes until replacements were received
Heart Internet support has been really good since they have changed ownership. They seem to be back to the levels they were a few years back.
Major Email failure yesterday 28th August so no email. My account was and still is locked out so with no email I cannot unlock this. I can't use ticket route becuase I need to login to access that. Just to get a response I have to submit a copy of my passport and a recent utility bill. I am also running a business but Heart Internet this is an appalling way to treat long standing Customers. I am told I need to wait 3 days... "Submission Complete We have received your request. Your Issue ID is ARTHI-1593. Please be patient and allow at least three days for an initial response. Requests are handled in the order they are received."
My previous hosting provider just disappeared and Heart have since migrated my website across very efficiently with just a few teething problems but these were sorted out with excellent customer service and patience from Adrian and the team. Highly recommend!
