I've hosted my website with Heart for many years and recently had an email problem. Turned out to be at my client end, nothing to do with Heart, but Andrew Welsby on their support team was really hepful and managed to pin down the problem and help me sort it. I've always found them quick to provide excellent support which is why I've stayed with them for years.
I’ve been with Heart for many years, I have had to stop working recently due to ill health and had a renewal notice through a few days ago. I contacted Heart to ask if I could ‘reduce’ my package as I no longer needed it but wanted to keep my email addresses etc. I used the online service and had a very quick response from the customer services guy called Andrew Welsby, within a day he sorted out exactly what I needed and kept me advised as things progressed. Reminded me why I stayed with Heart for many years! Excellent service and plans at very reasonable prices. Top marks for their service and most appreciated. Thank you Heart
Quick response to my support request. Simple explanation on how to resolve. Highly recommend heart, fair play to them not had a problem with any of their services and I have sites, email and domain parking, like the fact there is no messing about and all the tech persons actually know their stuff.

I have been with Heart Internet for over 15 years and have in general had a good experience except for the exorbitant ssl certs - but having just requested a review of my account I was pleasantly surprised and actually felt that they did care about my custom. I will stay with Heart and hope they continue to improve.
Excellent support from my customer service agent, Waqar. I transferred from three other companies and Waqar enabled me to integrate everything and lay the groundwork for building a new, much better website. I am enormously grateful as the problems he dealt with are ones which three other companies were unable to help me with over a period of about ten years, despite numerous calls and attempts. Truly excellent service. Thank you, Waqar, and Heart Internet. Watch out, world - a new website will eventually be appearing! It might take some time, though, so please bear with me.
We had to migrate our web app to new hosting, since the old hosting service was coming to an end after 8 years. The app has a fairly complex codebase, so the migration process had to be undertaken with great care. Heart Internet provided excellent assistance and advice throughout.
Fast customer service reply on the same day and within 10 mins. Managed to locate a website error which was stopping it from loading and were able to reinstall files from a previous backup. Friendly communication and helpful advice. I pay for an extra backup and restore service for all of the sites on my reseller account and, most recently (on several occasions), this has not functioned meaning I need to contact customer support for them to action it. That is frustrating and an extra layer of contact I would prefer not to need - but have been reassured that now they are separating themselves from GoDaddy's services there will be improvements. Their offerings now seem expensive compared to many other hosts who provide free daily backups, free ssl certificates etc putting Heart at a disadvantage when considering the cost of renewing the package and backup service. I've been a customer for many years but now they are upgrading their platform and hosting packages, I've not been offered any upgrades or added facilities to bring them in line with their competition or to modernise my reseller services. That said - when I encounter an issue they are fast, friendly, attentive, always restore files quickly to maintain sites and provide suggestions to maintain the sites I work on.
Great service Same day reply and provided with the answers I needed and followup checkpoint. I was looking to remove web hosting as I no longer used it.
