Need more Customer Service access points for existing customers
1. 5+ years Heart Customer when you have a problem with platform/portal login you can't get hold of team, no phone number no live chat or email box. Need to have support/customer services available when Heart Login won't work 2. Had to contact someone via LinkedIn - who was able to help 3. Payment details on record but with renewal did not use them and so caused whole host of problems with business email down
