Heart Internet UK Very positive service
Very positive outcome. I liked the fact that they worked through all the issues, as I was coming to them with after another ISP/hosting biz, went bust and left me out in the cold. I am not the most technical person these days, however, was muddling my way through issues I had, the Heart support team, just kept working with me and we got the domain back to me, the ftp working again, email and more. I could not be more grateful that they problem solved, are affordable to a small user like myself and offered advice that was not just sales based to get me back on track. I cannot fault the effort, I have read some of the reviews here, which seem a little harsh, yes you are not going to get 24/7 instant per minute support, however, I believe they was timely and efficient, never waited more than a few hours during the day for a reply via their support ticket interface, to then action or upload screen shots. The user backend UI is streamlined, however, you can get to advanced settings if that is what you want, and the hosting or CPanel depending on your plan, are fine to admin email, extras, installs, DB etc. I will move my other domains over as they come up for renewal elsewhere. A good postive experience and I have already recommended their services, which I am happy to do.
