Great Green Choice

I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.

Good energy is a very helpful company, but less ethical than previously

Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

I needed to find out how to arrange an…

I needed to find out how to arrange an electrical supply to a friend’s new home as he had returned to the U.K. after decades away. My step-daughter recommended Good Energy as she is a very happy customer of the company. The customer service I received from Rob Ellison ,one of their Clean Energy Specialists, was absolutely first rate. Polite, professional , clear and helpful advice , the experience was an example of how to deal with a customer.

Matt is great at being patient and efficient.

Matt (Matthew) home team c - Thanks so much for your patience. I have ADHD and not only find tasks like utility bills the most boring thing in the world, but I switch out at verbal information. You showed not a hint of impatience when I requested you hammer the information at my brain from every angle, multiple times and still came at you questioning what you had just told me. Additionally, no paper shuffling was had. My requests were made there and then, no admin costs, no huffy puffy, no annoying hold music.

When simple common sense is the answer.

I had somedifficulty with the transfer of a supply, due to the other supplier. Linda dealt with the issue by email. She was prompt, efficient and used stright forward common sense to resolve. First class support, thank you!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, will be looking to switch providers We got cut off electricity on Sat morning, no way to contact them, my email with Urgent in the subject line was replied to 3 days later only. They give one information over the phone, another in emails, and though they assure that everything is fixed, it's not. Can't believe there can be so many problems with electricity in less than 2 weeks.
