Great Green Choice

I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.

Good energy is a very helpful company, but less ethical than previously

Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

Happy to receive Warmer Homes Discount.

I recently received an email from Good Energy regarding my eligibility for the Warmer Homes Discount. I applied immediately with documentation evidence to support my claim and was delighted when within a couple of days I received notice that I was successful. I was helped by Luke Stanyon, who I am sure, expedited my claim. I have consistently been satisfied by their service and glad to know that I am assisting in the production of renewable energy.

I was really pleased with the response…

I was really pleased with the response I got from Good Energy when I contacted them by telephone recently to arrange for a refund from my account due to the level of credit I had in it. My call was answered pretty quickly and the representative was courteous and efficient, fully addressing my situation and emailing afterwards with appropriate and helpful detail.

I have been a long-term electricity customer of GE and wished to transfer to gas from GE from my previous gas supplier, which was very straightforwardly and promptly done (by Poppy) just by phoning.

You don’t have to hang on for ages…

You don’t have to hang on for ages waiting to get through. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient and sorted out all my queries. I am very happy with the customer service of this provider, better than any other I’ve been with.
