Just had a query regarding my solar energy, the query was answered immediately by Gifty who provided all the necessary information. First class service !
I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.
Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

Our situation, with regard to setting up a new account with Good Energy, is complex. Roisin dealt with our problems efficiently and effectively. She was very clear throughout our discussion and I felt very satisfied with our interaction throughout the phone call. Our problems are not yet fully resolved, but that isn't Roisin's fault.

Donna M did a great job helping us to sort out a problem. She was patient and courteous. We were not happy though to find out that although we changed our email address on the account, we were sent emails to our old email address which led to the present confusion. This Donna talked us through but we are disappointed in the company email changing process which was unclear.

I just love Good Energy! Have been with them for at least 10 years now and they are always so helpful, you often get to speak to a real person, instead of a computerized queuing system, who often offers advice and support well in excess of the usual energy company issues. This morning after asking a question about renewables, Nessa expertly pointed me in the right direction, despite there being no financial gain for the company. A truly ethical supplier.

All my interactions with Good Energy are positive and helpful and this was no exception. Connor was polite, friendly and worked with me to resolve my issue in logging onto the portal. It was nice to have the consistency of the same person helping throughout, rather than being passed around the customer service team. Would always recommend this company for their customer service alone.

I spoke to Roisin. The call was answered quickly and was responded to personally with an understanding of my account and needs. I wanted to understand more about DD and needed reassurance that I am not taking risks by choosing a package without a price cap. I was impressed with Roisinβs knowledge of GEβs product.
