Great Green Choice

I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.

Good energy is a very helpful company, but less ethical than previously

Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

Excellent support for much needed help

I have been a Good Energy customer for years. Their support is excellent. Im particular, one specialist, Tara, was helped to assist when I found i needed help with an account issue. Not only was it resolved, but she went the extra mile with advice and suggestions that would help with managing payments over the coming months.

Email could not be used

For several reasons our email could not be used when we needed to send in our solar reading. So called Customer Service and spoke to Linda, who sorted it out for us and sent a confirmation email, which we now have been able to read. Many thanks Linda.

Smart meter not sending readings- hopefully resolved…

I realised that my smart meter wasn’t sending readings which was causing me concern but McLean looked into this and has hopefully sorted it out. I am really pleased that it’s been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many thanks.

My advisor Poppy was friendly and swiftly realised what the problem was. She established a plan of action and has carried out the first part directly before her annual leave. She reassured me that she could see what had gone wrong and that she would sort things out. My stress level has decreased!

Good to communicate with a real person!

Always good to have a system that enables actual person-to-person communication (by email), with reasonably prompt responses. Tara's responses and suggested solutions were very helpful and she was happy to take my views and suggestions into account.
