Just had a query regarding my solar energy, the query was answered immediately by Gifty who provided all the necessary information. First class service !
I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.
Good energy has given us good service for several years. Khadija, who dealt with a query today, replied very quickly and was polite and knowledgeable. My only concern is that Good energy has become less ethical recently because of a buy-out.

An ongoing problem whereby our Electricity meter reading has routinely been received by Good Energy but our Gas Meter reading has not. Manashi has been exemplary in explaining the options and responding quickly and intelligently to any questions or issues arising. The available dates on which someone from Good Energy is able to visit to - it is hoped - fix the problem suddenly jumped from dates in January to dates in March, which seems a relatively long way away. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Had an issue with verifying my fit meter. Emails back n forth but getting nowhere. The individual I was dealing with just wasn't getting it. So I decided to start a fresh email thread. With all the information I had previously sent. Donna M, read and dealt with everything perfectly, first email. So many staff have been excellent with queries over there years. And Donna M is definitely a valued member of the Good Energy team.

I emailed Good Energy with concerns about my direct debit. I received a response within an hour from Nessa, a remote energy specialist, who not only resolved the immediate issue but also advised me on managing my account in the future. All this on a Saturday.
