Meter reading not reaching Good Energy
An ongoing problem whereby our Electricity meter reading has routinely been received by Good Energy but our Gas Meter reading has not. Manashi has been exemplary in explaining the options and responding quickly and intelligently to any questions or issues arising. The available dates on which someone from Good Energy is able to visit to - it is hoped - fix the problem suddenly jumped from dates in January to dates in March, which seems a relatively long way away. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.
