All on time and works well
Go Internet is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
All on time and works well
The installers were friendly and very thorough in locating the aerial for best performance. They did a very neat installation and cleaned up carefully when finished. Speeds are exactly as advertised and very stable. Great service, highly recommended.
A great, simple and straight forward process.
Canβt give any more than 4 stars yet as we have only just joined. Set up was quick and easy except for the connector for the phone missing from the equipment pack. Contact with customer service was quick and this was resolved without any further hassle. So far very good. Thank you.

A few hiccups but very swiftly rectified. Olly & Alex did a great job installing.

I was in a great and reliable contract with loveyourbroadband for in excess of 8 years without issue. My custom was transfered across when they gave up the contract.. SUCH A SHAME!! Go Internet was a let down from day one when a two day outage occurred. Secondly, their CD agents are poorly trained and not empowered to resolve issues. They constantly reached out forvdata/details that I provided more than once. And finally their Internal systems are sooo poor that they are simply unable to accept a DD instruction with any other date than the 15th of every month!!!! Awful service and then so called 'automated' emails threatening late fines of Β£7.50 dispite me NEVER having missed a payment in my life with anyone. Do they realise that it's 20 24 and clearly there systems for handling DD certainly aren't fit for purpose. Good luck if you chose them as your fibre to home supplier.... My advice is to chose another supplier as their not only cheaper but offer better service, greater speeds and offer a more flexible DD arrangement What I find even more disappointing is the woeful effort of an email I received from the so called 'Managing Director' (I have compiled with his request to remove his name but feel free to Google as it's in the public domain/ companies house!)following my concerns/complaints but I guess I shouldn't be surprised given some of his responses to genuine feedback on here.... Very defensive and seems to hardly ever accept that they can and do let customers down! In terms of my base issue they could very easily have asked me to pay a month in advance to resolve the issue their system caused, better still a goodwill gesture to put my account in credit for one month due to THEIR ISSUES AND NOTHING I DID WRONG would have been more appropriate. UPDATE... Sometimes I question if it's worth my time writing lengthy reviews of my experience on here, alas on this occasion if it helps only one person avoid the deep stresses this companies incompetencies create then it's worthwhile!! I want to be transparent that these interactions have always been ultra polite from their position (and mine!) but the defensive, dismissive and somewhat condescending behaviour and lack of understanding is what's severely lacking if you hadn't guessed it so far! Unsurprisingly yet again today I have received ANOTHER 'automated' email that informs me I will be charged a fee of Β£7.50 for alleged late payment. Don't forget this late payment is completely and utterly INACCURATE and caused by THEM and THEIR system inability to accept a DD on the 25th of every month. Now as you may have guessed I will thankfully be leaving their woeful service on 21/10 BUT it's important to me that I get across all that despite all the issues I've had with them they STILL insist on getting things wrong. It is morally unjust that their systems should be such that my financial health and Good standing should be questioned in such an appalling way. Further, the response to earlier complaints is not only dismissive but contemptious. I have again today raised this further issue over the tele phi and await a response from the ever defensive MD, although I'm pretty sure he'll continue in the same vein and merely tell me to take my complaints to the ombudsman (which of course I will be doing!). I agree wholeheartedly with the last review (H Walters), they hide behind the previous suppliers alleged failings as reasons for THEIR ISSUES/BEHAVIOURS!

I have been forcefully moved to gointernet as my previous ISP has folded. My Internet was then purposefully cut in the middle of a month I had paid for through direct debit, no doubt due to a hand over of business incorrectly carried out by themselves regarding the direct debit information. It was cut at 18:00 just as I was starting a night shift at home with them knowing full well their customer service shuts at 17:00 and so couldn't work my shift and had no way of contacting them to bring back my Internet. I am seething. I will be looking for compensation and contacting citizens advice on how to proceed with this betrayal of consumer rights.

Go Internet is the perfect company for rural internet or Fixed Wireless couple weeks ago we has a problem with port forwarding to which we emailed go internet where we was told we needed a new router to whitch we then asked how much it would cost and they said the replacement was free! + they was quick and easy to communicate big shout out to sam and Ashley the avg download speed is around 30 mbps for us however thats good for being on a farm + we had a problem when we first got go internet with the signal upstairs they then came around and fitted wireless access points that gave us wifi all around the house . along with this as long as you are using ethernet in to the router or using a strong wireless signal you have no problem gaming, games like Fortnite can run on multipull devices and run just fine + higher end games like rust can run just as fine with a little bit of lag here and there but bearable however i expect this because rust is a bandwidth eating game we have 2 sky boxes running on our router and a gaming pc along with other day to day devices and we have miniable drop outs every so often we get the odd one however this is scheduled and is normally back up running within a hour or so 5 Stars From Me For -- Excellent Customer Service -- Decent Fixed Wireless Speeds --Minimal Dropouts and i will say it agin because i am impressed with the customer service from Sam via email and Ashley Via Call 5 STARS!

The guys went above and beyond to get my Internet up and running in our new house

From initial contact to final completion was effortless. I always got straight through to a real human being who was always helpful and informative. They sent out engineers to check the house would be appropriate for their service. Ollie, the engineer, was efficient, helpful and very pleasant. The internet is faster than it has ever been and costs half as much as our previous provider. I thoroughly recommend Go Internet.
