I love the fact that you can buy these shoes and then get them Tailored to your need. Such a if a shoe is 5.5 Inxh heel you can pay the extra money to get it a 3.5 inch heel. How awesome is that? Awesome!!!

Fun Shoes…
I ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size and they were a little tight. Once I informed them of the issue they immediately sent a request to the manufacturer and ordered them a half size larger. They didn’t hassle me at all. When my shoes arrived… they fit perfectly! I feel so appreciated. Thank you nice pair ❤️
Feet difficult to fit
My feet are difficult to fit. FSJ worked with me until we reached a solution. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service! The shoes are of excellent quality, comfortable and unique. I’m VERY pleased.

There was a mixup with the delivery…
There was a mixup with the delivery service and I needed my shoe asap for a special event. I spoke with a representative of FSJ and they understood my situation. They actually reprocessed my order and requested expedited shipping! I received my shoe in time for my event and I absolutely love my shoe!! 😍😍 Their customer service exceeded my expectations, so I will be shopping with FSJ moving forward. They are trustworthy and keep their word!!

THEIR SHOES SUCK AND SO DO THEY
The shoes will never ever look anything like they do on the website. I would've been fine with getting super low quality fast fashion shoes if that's what I paid for. Charging $160 for a pair of boots that look like a 4 year old made them out of paper mache. When I tried returning them because they are absolute crap AND came to me with defects and chips in the boot, the customer service person got into an argument with me. Literally the worst company ever and I genuinely pray for them to go bankrupt. Do not buy their shoes!

Beautiful boots
The boots are lovely and fit my foot perfectly. However the fishnet portion was disproportionately too large for my leg. I contacted the company by email and explained the situation. I received a prompt response and they are remaking them to fit correctly. Communication was positive and courteous. I would buy from FSJ again for service and the quality of the product.
