THEIR SHOES SUCK AND SO DO THEY
The shoes will never ever look anything like they do on the website. I would've been fine with getting super low quality fast fashion shoes if that's what I paid for. Charging $160 for a pair of boots that look like a 4 year old made them out of paper mache. When I tried returning them because they are absolute crap AND came to me with defects and chips in the boot, the customer service person got into an argument with me. Literally the worst company ever and I genuinely pray for them to go bankrupt. Do not buy their shoes!
