I love the fact that you can buy these shoes and then get them Tailored to your need. Such a if a shoe is 5.5 Inxh heel you can pay the extra money to get it a 3.5 inch heel. How awesome is that? Awesome!!!

Fun Shoes…
I ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size and they were a little tight. Once I informed them of the issue they immediately sent a request to the manufacturer and ordered them a half size larger. They didn’t hassle me at all. When my shoes arrived… they fit perfectly! I feel so appreciated. Thank you nice pair ❤️
Feet difficult to fit
My feet are difficult to fit. FSJ worked with me until we reached a solution. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service! The shoes are of excellent quality, comfortable and unique. I’m VERY pleased.

Excellent Company to deal with
I purchased a pair of shoes which I didn't like - I contacted FSJ and was advised that I could trade in fo something else - it was slightly more expensive so I sent the difference to them and now I have received a stunning pair of books - absolutely thrilled with their service yet again

Above and beyond
Although my experience started out not very good as it is not clear when ordering that shoes and boots are made to measure, this needs to be highlighted clearly. Since that problem occurred, the service has been way beyond what I expected, the staff were fantastic and more than generous and the boots are beautiful.

This will be a one time purchase for me. The problem is not the quality. You’re getting what you paid for… it’s the design. I have a small, narrow foot, just as shown in the picture. Once you try the shoe on, it is not designed to fit as it should. Also, order took a whole month to receive as they come from China. I can only use them to sit somewhere at best… Risky purchase
