I love the fact that you can buy these shoes and then get them Tailored to your need. Such a if a shoe is 5.5 Inxh heel you can pay the extra money to get it a 3.5 inch heel. How awesome is that? Awesome!!!

Fun Shoes…
I ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size and they were a little tight. Once I informed them of the issue they immediately sent a request to the manufacturer and ordered them a half size larger. They didn’t hassle me at all. When my shoes arrived… they fit perfectly! I feel so appreciated. Thank you nice pair ❤️
Feet difficult to fit
My feet are difficult to fit. FSJ worked with me until we reached a solution. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service! The shoes are of excellent quality, comfortable and unique. I’m VERY pleased.

Hidden gem of the internet
This place and these people are amazing!!! I would highly advise to just take the plunge and do the custom sizing. It is worth it. Their shoes are SO WELL MADE! But let it be clear. Quality is not quick. If you are looking for Amazon next day cheap stuff move on. If you are looking for a quality pair of custom made shoes from a place that has amazing customer service at amazing prices and are willing to be patient and wait for them. Then trust these folks. We without a doubt will be ordering again!

Beautiful heels! Bought these shoes for my wedding. The first pair was a little big but they were happy to send me a new size that fit me perfectly. The shoes are so comfortable and well made.

Excellent quality and customer support
I ordered a pair of shoes without realizing they were too high. Although the quality was excellent, they were so tall that I couldn’t wear them. I sent an email asking if I could return them, and not only were they incredibly kind and allowed me to choose another pair with a lower heel, but they also gifted me the first pair (the ones I couldn’t wear). Their customer service is truly A+, and at least those first shoes I received were beautiful, with excellent craftsmanship and materials (too bad they were too high for me). I will update this review as soon as I receive the second pair, though I’m sure they will be perfect this time. Thank you so much for everything!

Effectiveness
Received the shoes I ordered and these didn't fit. They sent a new ones and these were perfect. They didn't charged anything else for the new ones and I didn't have to ship back the old ones so, I'll donate them. The only thing is that it takes ages for support to answer a message but they do so.

Gorgeous Cowboy Boots for My Daughter
I ordered cowboy boots for my daughter. She has slender feet and is vegan, so we needed customization AND non-leather boots. After we ordered, we received the tracking but they never arrived. When I contacted the company, specifically Xueqin Fu (who helped me with the customization and sizing for my daughter's feet), she or he was very responsive and had a new pair sent immediately via DHL. They turned out gorgeous AND they fit my daughter perfectly. I was nervous about the sizing, but I followed the sizing guidelines to the tee and asked Xueqin's opinion along the way. It was a long wait but worth it!

FSJ responded to my inquiry about upgrading my order to custom immediately and took the initiative to send me the link to directly make it possible. In addition, I received a quick acknowledgement that the payment was received and that the shoe maker was informed about the upgrade. FSJ is efficient and extremely helpful in taking care of concerns and questions regarding orders. I’m looking forward to receiving my beautiful pair of shoes.

Quality products but suffered shipping problems
FSJ makes quality boots. No question. I ordered two pairs from them in the middle of December and they are as pictured on their web site. My problem was that they made the boots I purchased and both pairs got lost in transit. I expected to get them about a month after I ordered them as they are made to order and then they had to ship them halfway around the world. I received the second pair almost two months to the day after I ordered them. Their customer service was excellent as after the first pairs were both lost they made second pairs and shipped them expedited and once shipped they made their way to me in less than a week. I love both pairs although they are kind of snug for the normal size I wear. If you're going to go this route and order boots direct from China I would recommend Onlymaker versus FSJ because Onlymaker also makes high quality boots but they got to me much quicker and they're about half as expensive as FSJ.
