I love the fact that you can buy these shoes and then get them Tailored to your need. Such a if a shoe is 5.5 Inxh heel you can pay the extra money to get it a 3.5 inch heel. How awesome is that? Awesome!!!

Fun Shoes…
I ordered a pair of shoes in my regular size and they were a little tight. Once I informed them of the issue they immediately sent a request to the manufacturer and ordered them a half size larger. They didn’t hassle me at all. When my shoes arrived… they fit perfectly! I feel so appreciated. Thank you nice pair ❤️
Feet difficult to fit
My feet are difficult to fit. FSJ worked with me until we reached a solution. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service! The shoes are of excellent quality, comfortable and unique. I’m VERY pleased.

I ordered a pair of the T-Strap Peep…
I ordered a pair of the T-Strap Peep Toe High Heel shoe, and, unfortunately the size was way too large for me… However, when I reached out to FSJ, they went above and beyond: they asked for a video of my foot in the shoe, so they could recommend a new size, they had the factory make me a new pair in a size 12, and told me I could KEEP the pair that was too big as well! Amazing customer service all around! can’t wait until the new shoes arrive, because the ones I received look incredible!

Nervous
I was looking for this shoe but found it here, I'm now nervous to receive it cause everyone says their shoe was either too big or too small. As soon as my shoes come ill have to board a plane and wear them the next night. Speaking of as soon as the shoe gets here, the shipping is hard to track. I reached out to customer service hopefully they contact me back tonight. I just wish I'd done more research on the company before I ordered.

Customer service was very responsive and corrected the factory’s error immediately! Love the booties, they just arrived in the wrong color. FSJ has the most awesome styles of shoes and boots for ladies! I highly recommend this company.

The shoes I purchased are so beautiful. I was able to easily exchange for a larger size. Great customer service with quick responses. They had me send a video of me walking in the shoes to determine what size would be best for me. I will definitely purchase more shoes from them in the future!
