Disgraceful business with no ethics
Yet another review of the disgraceful refund policy. Auto renewal is a thing yes, but surely before the renewal takes place, you make an effort to inform the user that their money is about to be taken. Surely this is the right thing to do... but it's not done so as you can see from all the other reviews Freeletics is more than happy to take your money even if you have no intention of using the app. The right thing to do would be to understand that reality of these things and offer people a refund, how difficult is that to do? How easy is it to be a decent business with a good way of treating people with kindness and respect. Take a look at the responses on here from the customer service. They are a joke, why would I want a voucher for something I have no intention of using. Freeletics shame on you, you're a disgrace, go look yourself in the mirror and consider how you would feel about a business if you were on the receiving end of such an experience.
