Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

da fällt einem nichts mehr zu ein
Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Super, aber....
Ich habe 2 mal mit Freeletics gestartet. Als Non digital native musste ich erstmal lernen ALLE Angebote zu nutzen um es rund werden zu lassen - also Übungen, Lesepassagen und Audio. Die Übungen haben mich schon im ersten Anlauf begeistert, weshalb ich zurück kam. Alles zusammen macht es rund, ABER es wäre wünschenswert die Übungs auch auf einem Laptop oder größeren Gerät abspielen zu können. Mit Sehschwäche ist es auf dem Handy manchmal sehr mühsam. Ausserdem hatte ich bisher KEINE einzige Audio Session in Deutsch, obwohl ich jedes mal kritisiert habe, dass ich Audiosessions in Muttersprache möchte.

Hace tiempo que conozco la app, pero recién en los últimos meses la he estado utilizando en forma constante. Estoy entrenando sin equipamiento, después de varios años sin hacer nada bde ejercicio. Al principio hasta los ejercicios de calentamiento me dejaban agotado y sin aliento, pero con el tiempo y con el feedback que uno le da a la app las rutinas se vuelven más acordes a la capacidad física de uno. Lo que más me gusta es que en cada rutina hay ejercicios de calentamiento y de enfriamiento/estiramiento que por lo general cuando uno entrena en un gimnasio no suele darle mucha importancia pero realmente hacen una gran diferencia.

I don’t get why this app has negative reviews.
I don’t understand people who give this app a bad review - maybe they used a much earlier version? The app is amazing for someone like myself, who is trying to get in shape, but isn’t a fan of gyms or gym dwellers. As opposed to focusing on muscle, this app focuses on Health, and helps you build strength of your whole body, not just specific muscles. I’ve been following the built-in Coach for about a month now, and the journey has been amazing. I love the approach the team has taken, the high quality videos and instructions, the teachability of the Coach, and the constant motivation from the app via rewards, badges, helpful articles and cheering emails. Love it.
