Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

Attenzione al rinnovo automatico
App con esercizi ripetitivi ed esagerati. Fate assolutamente attenzione al rinnovo automatico in quanto viene eseguito senza alcun reminder preventivo. Inoltre non viene risarcito se non con un buono da spendere su freeletics. Nel mio caso ho perso 59,99 euto

Consegui começar.
Tenho o aplicativo a um ano, mas só utilizei de maneira correta a 3 meses atrás. Realmente o mais difícil é começar. Mas agora criei meu ritmo. Os exercícios são funcionais e estou gostando muito de ver minha evolução. No começo só fazia os exercícios de aquecimento. Agora consigo completar quase toda série, no meu próprio tempo. Faço tudo devagar, mas consigo completar. Já consigo botar a melhora no meu corpo. PORQUE ESTOU FAZENDO UMA DIETA e OS EXERCÍCIOS. Os dois são importantes. Sugestão: Tem exercícios que eu não consigo completar, mas não consigo informar isso no app. Basicamente, ou eu fiz tudo, ou eu não fiz nada. Criem uma checkbox para cada exercício, aonde a gente informar quantas séries foram feitas. Gostaria de ter esse tipo informção, pra saber se consegui me superar na próxima vez.

The closest thing to a scam
This is the closest thing to a scam I’ve experienced. I canceled my subscription on apple but somehow it was still connected to my PayPal so I’ve been charged and they don’t want to refund me. They offer bad compensation like pausing the account to use it on a later date but who cares. Do yourself a favor and don’t subscribe.
