Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

L'app per allenarsi va anche bene, i problemi arrivano quando vuoi disdire! Un politica scorrettissima secondo la quale devi annullare l'abbonamento esattamente dallo store e account dove ti sei registrato la prima volta e non basta annullare l'iscrizione dall'app o sito o lo store attuale. Io mi registrai col PlayStore di Google, poi ho cambiato telefono ora ho un apple e sono 2 anni che continuano a fatturarmi l'abbonamento nonostante avessi inviato richiesta di disiscrizione, bloccato pagamento su paypal, e annullato abbonamento tramite app su apple. Insomma, cercano di sfilarti i soldi in maniera assolutamente scorretta

O melhor
Conheci o freeletics em 2016, e sem dúvida é o melhor aplicativo de treinos. A versão paga é melhor do que muitos treinos de academia, vale muito a pena. O coach ajuda a montar uma rotina de treinos que se encaixam no seu tempo e também de acordo com a evolução do seu condicionamento.

Scam, dishonest, fraud.
As many others have written about it, this application renews your subscription and charge you without your consent. They claim that it’s in their « terms of service » and don’t refund. Imagine how many people are being stolen that way without notifying it. SCAM

Unethical Auto renewal policy. So disappointed!!
After not using the app for a while I forgot about it. Now I just got an alert saying that I have been charged for 3 other months... they renewed my subscription without any warning!!! I wasn't even aware that they could do this as my whole family and friends are using this app and everyone is renewing when they want to, not because they are obliged!! They should at least send an mail warning me that they will charge me again for their subscription. This kind of nasty little tricks to grab money makes me feel disgusted and scammed. I can't believe this is a German App... these people were famous for their work's ethic. But lesson learned, i'm never buying another app in my life and my whole family and friends are now going to boycott.

Freeletics has help to improve my emotional state, who knew that putting your body into a bit of pain would help with a little bit of depression? I really like the fact that I can do my workouts wherever I feel like it.

Cara pero efectiva
Usé la app hace años, sin equipamiento, y la dejé para ir a un gimnasio presencial. Con la pandemia volví a ella, esta vez con equipamiento (pesas, banco...). Estoy agradablemente sorprendido, porque ha mejorado mucho. Los entrenamientos son retadores, pero posibles, y van evolucionando contigo bastante bien. En esta época de tener que cuidar tanto el contacto, me parece una muy buena opción para entrenar en casa
