Tal como muitos consumidores alertaram nesta página, também eu fui vitima da Freeletics e do seu esquema claramente abusivo relativamente à renovação da subscrição automática. A Freeletics insiste com os seus Termos & Condições, de que está lá tudo bem explícito e que informaram sobre tudo, mas o que é facto é que nunca recebi uma notificação quanto à aproximação do prazo para a renovação da subscrição. E ainda por cima, nem sequer enviaram uma fatura ou recibo relativo à transação! Será que o procedimento deles respeita mesmo as leis de comércio eletrónico? Eu acho que as normativas europeias protegem o consumidor relativamente a isso. Fiz queixa ao Centro Europeu do Consumidor e anulei o cartão que foi usado na transação.

Ich habe vor über einem Monat eine Bestellung mit insgesamt 10 Artikeln bei Freeletics aufgegeben. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde mir ohne vorherige Erklärung mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalte – allerdings wurde dabei nicht klar kommuniziert, welche Artikel nun tatsächlich noch geliefert werden. Das Ergebnis: Von den 10 Artikeln wird mir letztlich nur ein einziges T-Shirt zugeschickt – für das ich dennoch die vollen Versandkosten in Höhe von 9 Euro tragen muss. Für mich als Kunde ist das inakzeptabel. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die mangelhafte Kommunikation, den Umgang mit meiner Bestellung und den insgesamt sehr untransparenten Ablauf. So sollte moderner Kundenservice nicht aussehen.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!! Le site pratique un renouvellement automatique alors que je n'étais pas utilisateur depuis des années. J'ai été facturé et, pour autant, je n'ai AUCUN abonnement . Mon profil affiche bien que je n'ai aucun abonnement mais le prélèvement de 140 a été effectué. N'ayant pas d'abonnement, je ne peux supprimer à nouveau le renouvellement automatique. Quant au Service client, il est tout simplement inexistant: impossible à contacter et absolument aucun retour. Ne vous faites surtout pas piéger, je suis justement dans la santé et l'encadrement de sportifs, il existe d'autres applications bien plus professionnelles et efficaces .

Cuidado con esta empresa, TE ESTAFA!! Te das de alta a través de una oferta y luego te renuevan sin avisar al triple del precio y una vez te quital el dinero no hay vuelta atrás. Si no quieres que se queden con tu dinero ni te des de alta ni la recomiendes. ESTAFADORES!

I ordered dumbbells during Freeletics' clearance sale for €183. A few days later, my order was cancelled and fully refunded - without my request. Now the same product is listed for a higher price. Attempts to contact support have gone unanswered for days. Forum post got blocked. Very disappointing experience. I'm not alone - other customers report the exact same pattern in Reddit forum r/freeletics beyond disgusted

Gosto muito deste aplicativo, comecei a usar na pandemia e quando terminou, estava mais magro e em forma. Voltei a fazer novamente no começo deste ano e sempre melhora muito minha condição física e emagreço bastante!

****Complete Scam**** I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent renewal of a subscription I was entirely unaware of. At no point was I informed about an upcoming renewal, nor did I knowingly agree to any terms or conditions that included an automatic charge to my account. I did not know I had an active subscription—hence, there was no reason or opportunity for me to cancel it. To find out now that money has been taken from my account without my knowledge or consent is unacceptable and, quite frankly, amounts to unauthorised withdrawal. I have also never used the app during this renewed period, nor do I have any intention of using it. Further, after researching similar cases online, it appears this is a recurring issue faced by other users as well, which raises serious concerns about the transparency and ethics of your subscription practices. The fact that you are refusing to issue refunds for services that were not knowingly agreed to or used demonstrates a disregard for customer fairness and trust. I demand that this unauthorised payment be refunded to my account immediately. I will continue to escalate this issue through the appropriate channels and make others aware of these practices until it is resolved. I hope your team chooses to act ethically and correct this mistake without further delay.

Am 2. Juni 2025 habe ich frühs im Rahmen des Freeletics Final Sale mehrere Produkte bestellt – darunter verstellbare Hanteln für 865,99 €. Am Nachmittag wurden die Hanteln bereits als „nicht auf Lager“ angezeigt. Am 03.06.2025 wurde meine Bestellung kommentarlos storniert – mit dem Hinweis „vom Kunden geändert/storniert“, was ich jedoch nicht veranlasst habe. Die Hanteln sind plötzlich wieder verfügbar – allerdings zu einem Preis von 1.199,99 €. Das entspricht einer Preiserhöhung von 39 %. Als treuer Kunde mit Lifetime-Abo und fast vollständigem Equipment-Bestand fühlte ich mich dadurch ziemlich vor den Kopf gestoßen. Ich hatte mich wirklich auf die Bestellung gefreut. Diese Erfahrung hat mein Vertrauen in die Marke leider stark geschädigt.

J'utilisai FizzUp avant mais je tournais un peu en rond. Voilà 6 mois que j'utilise Freeletics et j'aime beaucoup. Déjà pour le nombre de séances par programme : 42 en général. Ça permet de bien développer l'ensemble musculaire avec un thème choisi (oú conseillé). Le nombre d'exercices permet une grande variété au seins des différentes séances : on ne s'ennuie pas. L'adaptation au quotidien du programme le rend totalement adapté et personnalisé. J'ai énormément progressé avec Freeletics alors que je stagnais un peu avant. Freeletics pousse plus loins grâce au coaching IA.

Auto renewal without any notice. I bought the subscription via AppStore and cancelled auto renewal. Then I renewed (unconsciously) from them directly as I was bombarded with promotions. I didn’t receive any notification. After going back and forth with customer service, I found out where the subscription is hidden in my profile. Complete ripoff!!!

Tengo ya más de 1 año con la aplicación, y la verdad es que ha válida la cada centavo invertido en ella, decidí probarla por unas semanas en el modo free y al ver que tenía buenas rutinas y la app realmente te ayuda a progresar, decidí pasar a pagar la versión completa, decidí pagar la versión de por vida y fue la mejor decisión, la uso todas la semanas, el couch realmente te ayuda a progresar, puedes adaptar las secciones a un nivel que te sientas más cómodo, en si es una app que vale la pena intentar y si realmente te agrada invertir en ella es un buen acierto.

I was charged for a subscription renewal without any prior notice, despite the fact that the card on file had expired. I had assumed, reasonably, that the plan had ended. No reminder was sent, no option to cancel was offered, and support refused to issue a refund. This kind of practice in 2025 is unacceptable and leaves a bitter taste. Feels less like a fitness app and more like a trap. Proceed with caution.
