They charge you a subscription fee automatically without you ever signing up for it and make some long winded bs way of going through their site cramming their product subscription down your throat to get your refund back, we will see if I even get the refund back…

Scammed by the scam detector

They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.

69.99 was taken off my grandsons card…

69.99 was taken off my grandsons card after buying a product. That was ..99 I called to get this worked out , was told to return the item that they would send me a label and it would take 48 hours to get email. Never got it they lie and cheat people. Somehow I will get my grandsons money he worked for back I f I have to drive 2.5 hours to this so called business don't trust.

This is a GREAT product!

This is a GREAT product!! I am one not normally jumped right into a product that is not only new but unknown to me. I did extensive research and find that this product works like it should. This product saved my wife from mechanic's shop from fooling her into spend more money. She just show the mechanic the code from FIXD that was it. Give this a try and you too will not be fool by any mechanic shops. We have ( 4 vehicles) one for each of our vehicles.

The support is great.

The support is great. I had an issue where my FIXD device became unattached after an OS update. 1 short chat and everything was up and running again. This makes me happy. Turning my check engine light off makes me happy. This is definitely a great little tool.

Monitoring unit detects problems, provides detailed explanation of problems, and tells you how to resolve the problems.

I ordered 2 monitoring units for my 2 automobiles. The units were shipped promptly. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the installation procedure worked flawlessly. Problem conditions in one auto were reported promptly on my smartphone. I was surprised to learn that the problem conditions were also reported to the company, which then provided additional information on the reported problems via e-mail, and made even more information available via a link to their web site. This device provides the automobile owner with awareness of problems with the auto, an understanding of the nature and cause of the problems, and information on how to resolve the problems. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and give this device my highest recommendation.

It impressed me.

Have had the unit for about three years, but having had good cars I hadn't much need for it. My service engine light came on, which I have a long history of ignoring. I dug out the unit and plugged it in. Having not used it for a while I fumbled with it and wasn't sure I had gotten a reading. Shortly a notice from FIXD showed up on my email notifying me that an error had been reported to them and giving me the most common cause of the problem. I installed a new gas cap, the warning disappeared and has not come back on for several days. A pleasant surprise all the way around. 2002 Buick LeSabre.

THE WORST we’ve been waiting since July…

THE WORST we’ve been waiting since July 7 -one month- for our dryer heater element to be FIXED. Save you money and go with an established company who doesn’t charge extortion money for faster service, and only can order parts directly from the manufacturer (because THEY get a discount) that never come. The local appliance store has the part in stock, but Fixd can’t seem to get hold of one. This is after taking 3 months for a previous dryer repair because they couldn’t get the part. We’ve asked 3 time to talk to a supervisor, but apparently this company doesn’t have supervisors. Fixd is broken!

BUYER Beware!!

BUYER Beware!!! Especially the membership contract which automatically renews and you cannot get your money back even if it was charged a few days ago without your knowledge. The FIXD monitor works for what it is. But this is a ZERO company to trust. They are about your money only! No heart!
