I ordered 2 monitoring units for my 2 automobiles. The units were shipped promptly. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the installation procedure worked flawlessly. Problem conditions in one auto were reported promptly on my smartphone. I was surprised to learn that the problem conditions were also reported to the company, which then provided additional information on the reported problems via e-mail, and made even more information available via a link to their web site. This device provides the automobile owner with awareness of problems with the auto, an understanding of the nature and cause of the problems, and information on how to resolve the problems.
