Great product. I had a question and needed assistance. My email was answered promptly and the request was handled by the time they emailed. Great customer service!!
They sell a product to help you avoid being scammed, and then scam you themselves by signing you up for a long subscription and making it very difficult to cancel it. Very disappointed.
My lights on but car runs great, I plug this stupid thing in run the scan (gas cap) clear the codes and car runs horrible , new scan shows major mechanical issues several codes,,,disconnect the battery wait a few minutes start the car wait a few minutes light comes back on car runs great again.. rinse and repeat.. completely useless customer support is horrible, can’t get a refund and if you email them they try to talk you into the premium service because apparently that’s a newer updated version of the app than the free one.. id say RUNNN!!!!! mine as many others have stated is now in the Garbage.
I’ve asked three times via phone and responded to their simple irrelevant instructions.
I asked how do I erase codes as I have a new engine? Their response “they instruct me how to plug it in and look for the purple light, etc.?
If you’re tech guys aren’t able to clear the codes tell me, don’t just email simple how to start-up instructions. . . Terrible follow -up.
Very good customer service. Above and beyond any others. There was a shipping company problem they kept on top of them and offered a solution in a timely manner. I will shop their products whenever I have opportunity.
This is basically bait and switch scam.... they charged me for an upgrade I did not order "premium software"
I tried to use the device they sent but it immediately I needed to order another device to make the one I had work properly.
I gave up and threw it away.
This is my 3rd purchase. One for me, my granddaughter, and now a birthday gift for my daughter! FIXD has been an amazing tool for us single ladies!! Even my mechanic is impressed! FIXD gets it right the first time!! No more guessing and trying different things. It has saved us time and lots of money along with the feeling of confidence and empowerment dealing with parts store mechanics!
Why did I buy FIXD? Because I love it!!!

I agree this is a scam these people are like a lot of others. To use the “Gadgetl” fixed you have to subscribe even then you are not guaranteed it will work.
It may be okay for gullible Americans but useless in Australia. KEEP AWAY FROM IT,
Scam alert!!! I bought the FIXD, then had to put in my credit card info for a totally BS reason (so they could locate me). The card would not be charged unless I subscribed to some crap games, BUT I was going to get a 5 day free trial and if I did not cancel within those 5 days I would be billed $30+ every month till I did cancel. I won't give my CC so I can't use the damn thing. None of this was explained prior to purchase.
This company is BS. They advertise this free unit and claim you just pay $9.99 for shipping them hit with a $69 subscription fee as soon as the thing arrives.
FIXD
My vehicle was running very rough, bucking, hic-upping, etc when I pressed the accelerator.
When I ran FIXD app for my 2011 Dodge Journey it told me what the problem was. Main thing was not putting out enough voltage. I did the repair as suggested, cost me just over 500$ for an alternator and now all is well and runs smooth once again now that FIXD also fixed my fuel mixture.
I recommend FIXD to anyone and everyone even if you have no problems because sooner or later you will be happy you did. Thank you,
