This company have been nothing but outstanding in dealing with undelivered packages which was no fault of theirs A lovely lady named Annmarie resent my order with DPD and I received it within two days, as for their products more than worth the money and this is from an Autoglym addict…my only problem is i feel i want it all now…in full transparency the snow foam is just ok but gonna give it another chance🤞🏿

Very friendly staff and brilliant products.

So this company has had alot of negative comments. Im here to say the opposite. The products EZ car care make are by fair some of the best in the UK. My car has never looked so shiny. Products are easy to use with clear instructions on the bottle. Even when there miss an item(s) of the order there then go above and beyond to make sure it gets to you the next day. I would also like to mention the friendly lady who answers the phone. She was very passionate about the products and was also very professional and couldn't have helped me enough. So thank you EZ Car Care.

ACOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I place an order with this company over a week ago and paid over £100 .I had no email conformation but a load of adverts from them . After a week I contacted the office and was greeted with a rude hello and the young girl ob the phone told me that they just changed over to a new system and apologised for the late order . She then told me that it will go out that day for an over night tracked delivery . No email or tracking number nothing and when I email there customer seres the email just gets rejected and bounced back . I will be now going back to credit car company for a refund .

Used these products previously

Used these products previously, and decided to restock. Order placed beginning of June and it seems after a delay the order was damaged in transit. Struggled to make contact, however managed in the end and since received a delivery. Disappointed that the Wheel Armour was replaced by Fusion but it still does a good job. As long as the deliveries continue to be a success I will order again.

Ridiculously slow dispatch and delivery

Ordered on the 4th of June with "Speedy Saver Shipping" (Royal Mail 2 to 3 day delivery) As of the 15th nothing has arrived and there has been no dispatch notification. The order is still showing in the Shop App as "Preparing shipment" They have however managed to bombard me on an almost daily basis with emails offering more products but as the first lot I ordered haven't arrived yet I don't think I will be bothering with any more.

Missing items

Missing items, complete bundles not delivered, slow response to any email. Have given them 48 hours to correct my issues before raising it with my card provider to recover my money.

Placed my order on 26 May 2025 and…

Placed my order on 26 May 2025 and paying postage for fast delivery, after numerous emails and phoning them (never an answer) still waiting for my delivery 14 June 2025. Absolutely shocking customer service. Never again will I order from this company.

Avoid…

Bought products and still not received 2 weeks later. They will not answer calls or emails, now having to contact credit card to get money back as they are an absolute disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good products, shockingly bad communication and items always missing

Place an relatively big order £140 worth on may 31st, and paid an additional £10 to jump the line as I needed the order ASAP. 12th June and only 6 out of the 11 items I ordered have arrived. No tracking information was provided, it still shows my order as being processed. During this time I had to email them to find out what was going on only to be told we are very busy, sorry but not my problem. During this time ive placed 2 other orders for supply's with 2 different companies and both have arrived before ezcarcare has and no items missing. As of now im no longer using Ez which is a shame because their products are very good. But your customer service communication skills are shocking to say the least. I would genuinely like to see this area and product delivery without items missing massively improved

Do not buy zero replies and waiting 4…

Do not buy zero replies and waiting 4 weeks still and not been dispatched when i paid for next day delivery, no answer on calls or emails!!! Got a reply on a fb comment lol brilliant asking me to email what for to be ignored with the other 10 emails sent or phone call were they hang up on you if they answer without talking??? Absoloute cowboys and ive reported as scammers to my card issues!!

Not great. Poor customer service.

It says 2-3 days for shipping. I received my order after 12 days. I had to chase the company alot and I wasn't convinced my stuff would arrive. The order is 95% correct but one of the bottles is missing. I have chased this up 3 times now with no response. Their products seem very good value but their customer service is very poor. I would potentially use them again if they rectify my order but id make sure I ordered well before I needed the product and id definitely use a credit card because of my experience.

Don't order from this Company

do not waste your time and money on this company. They are a disgrace as per my last email below, they do not answer the phone, or return Emails. Just a couple of likely lads, conning the public. I have now repaired this to my lawyer and raised scam with my credit card Co I am still waiting for a refund for my non delivered order. Again I have tried to call your telephone line to no avail. I am now at the stage that my next option is to put this in the hands of, my lawyer, and raise the action through my credit card Company. 8 This whole charade is totally unacceptable, and puts your company in a bad light, which I will now share with all my social media platforms, I have used your company products in the past and never had a problem until now, needless to say I will not be using you again I look forward to your reply Allan Craig M.I.Fire.E. Same as everyone else…spend your hard…

Same as everyone else…spend your hard earned money and there happy to take it off you and don’t deliver your items or reply to emails. Ordered a month ago and sent several emails and phoned with no reply. I would encourage everyone to report them to there bank as fraudulent/scam no matter how little you have spent.
