Good products, shockingly bad communication and items always missing
Place an relatively big order £140 worth on may 31st, and paid an additional £10 to jump the line as I needed the order ASAP. 12th June and only 6 out of the 11 items I ordered have arrived. No tracking information was provided, it still shows my order as being processed. During this time I had to email them to find out what was going on only to be told we are very busy, sorry but not my problem. During this time ive placed 2 other orders for supply's with 2 different companies and both have arrived before ezcarcare has and no items missing. As of now im no longer using Ez which is a shame because their products are very good. But your customer service communication skills are shocking to say the least. I would genuinely like to see this area and product delivery without items missing massively improved
